Burst balloons filled with graphite or pigment onto paper. The graphite acts like a fluid, following and tracing the air currents as they escape. All the drawings are stages in an exploration of experimental and unconventional drawing practices.
Working collaboratively for the past two years, we have been engaged in a series of activated drawing processes. These processes are often very raw, playful, live and experimental.
The collaboration also serves as a good springboard for our own individual practices.
