These drawings and sketches are used as a means to share / explore and critique proposals. I have kept dozens, perhaps hundreds, of my sketches over the years and include a typical selection here. I think they offer an insight in to the scope of the non-verbal communication modes we use in education. It is often the case that the student or the tutor only properly grasps the other person’s idea when using these types of drawings.
