These images arose from a photographic project whose subject was water's edges, often in movement due to wind, tide etc. and using multiple or extended exposures. Thinking about duration and capturing an image over time led me to use drawing, both directly on site and in place of the camera, and in combination; changing, adding to with other media and erasing the original photographic image.
